...but it took me forever to realize I was using the wrong media catcher. I had upgraded a while ago, but forgot about it. (What can I say...crap happens when you get old.) The old version kept crashing in mid-interview, causing me all kinds of stress and frustration and general unhappiness, but I finally got it.
My name, for the purpose of this Blog, is BobbyG. That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it. A while ago, I got the urge to try my hand at blogging...and it stuck. I would like to have him leave with the idea that he's coming back as well. I hope USA realizes after the ratings they got that this show should stay on the air!
LOL!! I was just getting ready to go back in and edit my post to say the exact same thing...that I was so glad he wants to leave with the notion that Goren's coming back. Mainly because that "implies" they won't be killing him off.
To my fury, I kept getting the preceeding commercial downloaded but NOT the interview, which is bordering on the cruel!! Thanks for posting :0)
Diane, the same thing happened to me. I could record the commercial without a problem, then about half way through the VDO interview, the software I was using would crash...every dang time. It wasn't until yesterday I noticed the icon for the newer version of media catcher. I could have spared myself a great deal of anguish had I just clicked on the correct icon the first time. Oh well, you live, you learn, and hopefully remember...the next time.
I can see I'll have to investigate this 'media catcher' ;0)
