I am an alumna of Ohio University in Athens, OH; graduating some (oh, the horror) 38 years ago. Used to be, the best thing about Ohio University Bobcat football was the marching band. Well, the Bobcats have started the season with an impressive 4-0 record. And the band's not too bad either; rockin' in the video below "Gangnam Style" - which I am given to understand - is all the rage now.

Hi Music Wench! The last time I checked, the OU video had been taken down. That is the trouble with YouTube, there one minute, gone the next.
The OSU video was pretty good. I've seen the band in person a few times. My favorite thing is to watch them do "script Ohio." That is really neat.
I've been going to email you. My Reds sucked it big time in the playoffs, but your boys made it all the way to the World Series. I'm glad they swept the Yankees, but really think the five days off hurt them more than helped them. But at least they made it.
Yeah, the Tigers were great until they hit the World Series. For some reason we seem to choke when we get there! Same thing happened last time. Then again they had five days off last time, too.
I'm always saying, at least they swept the Yankees. :-D
