According to an email I just received from TVshowsonDVd.com, this is the artwork we can expect on the Season 5 DVD. Not sure what I think about this overall. Is it me, or does Bobby look awfully "young" for Season 5?

Eames looks awfully young, too. They keep using earlier season photos for the later ones and it makes me kind of nuts. Also not fond of the color. lol Ah well, I'm just happy to see more of the seasons released so I will shut-up and appreciate it. I even watch the episodes I don't like because I can watch Goren. lol
Yeah, Music Wench, I'm not crazy about the color either. Guess I just need to focus on what's inside...well...on HALF of what's inside. Even though I like Chris Noth okay, I doubt if I watch his episodes. And I am right there with you about watching the ones I don't particularly like...just so I can look at Bobby.
It seems to be a montage. Just look at "his" shoulders! They are not broad - I mean, Bobby has broad shoulders, right?
However, looking forward to get S5 on DVD!
I still think I should get a discount for only wanting to watch half the episodes :-)
Uninspired covers like this one are why I invested in a cover creator program...I couldn't bear to have that one out on display
Yes, Jazzy, Bobby most definitely has broad shoulders. It appears they just "Photoshop" any old picture in regardless of the season being released. And I'm right there with you...I'll just be happy to have the DVD.
Eliza, I agree with you. I think a discount is a very good idea; especially since - like you - all I'll be watching are the Bobby eppys. I've seen the covers you've made on your Blog, and they are wonderful. There is no doubt in my mind that you could (and will) create a much more fitting cover for Season 5. Can't wait to see it.
Here we go again! Since they clearly don't give a shit about LOCI, they seem to have the original cast from around Season 1/2 spliced with whatsisname and thingymejig from Season 5. I know I'm 'orderly' bordering on 'Neat Freak' but I HATE such slap-dashery (is that a word?!). Is it really too much to expect that the pictures on the cover are actually from the episodes inside the box?!!
Yep, a 50% DVD set would be fine by me too ;0)
I agree with you whole-heartedly, Diane. It is not unreasonable to expect the actors on the cover to match the episodes one will find inside. But then, I would be happy if they just put Bobby and Eames on the cover. And I don't know if slap-dashery is a word or not, but I like it.
